Finance Director

Michael Jackson serves as the Financial Director at Hope Church, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in engineering, business development, and executive management.

After earning his engineering degree, Michael began his career as a plant engineer, where he spent eight years overseeing industrial systems, reliability, and operational performance. He later transitioned into industrial equipment sales, building strong commercial expertise and long-term client relationships over six years.

Combining his technical background with business strategy, Michael co-founded a distribution company and served as co-owner and manager for 22 years. Under his leadership, the company grew into a successful multi-million-dollar enterprise through disciplined stewardship, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

For the past three years, Michael has served as Global Business Development Manager for Voigt-Abernathy, leading international growth initiatives and expanding the company’s global reach.

At Hope Church, Michael brings that same level of integrity, wisdom, and financial stewardship to help ensure strong systems, transparency, and sustainability as the church continues to grow and pursue its mission.
